The Buyer/User of the website has the right to request at any time, free of charge, information about the personal data that the Seller holds about him/her. If his data is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, he may demand that this information be corrected or deleted. Personal data that is subject to a legal requirement to retain such as, for example, an accounting rule, or for any other legitimate reason such as, for example, in the case of outstanding debts, may not be deleted. Consent allowing the Seller to use personal data for commercial purposes may be withdrawn at any time.

ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA
The data of the Buyer/Website User is neither sold nor exchanged to/with third parties, except in special cases that enable the execution of the Contract, such as, for example, the exchange of certain data with shipping agents for the delivery of packages, with media agencies for the distribution of newsletters and with debt collection agencies for the purposes of creditworthiness checks, identity verification and debt collection.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Seller implements adequate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, manipulation and unauthorized access to personal data. These measures are continuously adapted. Card purchases are secured by sending all information of the Buyer/User of the website in encrypted form. This is because the information is transmitted via a secure connection and personal data cannot be read by third parties. For purchases by card, the Seller works with an authorized payment agent who allows the validity of the credit card to be verified directly with the appropriate bank. The payment agent processes the bank details in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS. In other words, your bank details are processed at a very high level of security. In case of payment by credit card, the identity of the Buyer can be verified by the Seller.
