BALAÏA  

Its story 

The founder was initially not predesignated for the retail trade. Trained as a lawyer, she first worked for a few years in consulting firms. Enriching experiences, lots of good times, but... 

Her entrepreneurial spirit and creativity have pushed her to realize the project that is so dear to her heart... 

BALAÏA ... it's the love of beautiful products, but not just that ... 

Its goal is to develop a brand that is both elegant and authentic, but that also conveys and symbolizes its core values. 

BALAÏA is a committed brand that offers clothing, accessories and decorations that meet at least one of the following criteria :



Vegan Cruelty Free

« cruelty free » & « vegan »: articles that have not involved any animal suffering during their manufacturing process and that do not contain any animal substance.

Some of these brands have also been officially approved by the Animal Defense Organization PETA ;

Respect Human

respectful of workers : items manufactured by workers covered by sufficient social laws within their country and treated with consideration and integrity ;

Eco Friendly

« ecofriendly » / organic : items with a limited ecological footprint ;

Made in Europe

« made in Europe »: articles manufactured within the European Union.

 

All our items are offered at fair prices, and have been made with quality materials. We take care and time to select them with the greatest attention : each of our suppliers is selected on the basis of these criteria. 

The team also tries to highlight, as much as possible, products made by small and medium structures that unfortunately often lack visibility. 

All the above explains our choice to offer a relatively limited stock of goods : we focus on singularity and quality, to the detriment of banality and quantity. 

We also formally commit ourselves to donate 5% of our profits to various associations and non-profit organizations that act for the common welfare (you will find the references below). 

We are doing our utmost to make our contribution to the edifice of "responsible consumption" and we sincerely hope that you will take part in our project.
